As a PM, what are the advantages and disadvantages you might experience in how projects are led, guided, and managed in one environment versus the other? Share any experiences you might have about working in situations with and without a PMO office and what you liked best about each.

For example, when you consider laws, water-cleanliness regulations, where schools can be built, and what products we buy and sell, it’s apparent that governance is simply a part of all our lives.

But the reasons for change come from factors such as increasing product quality, achieving a higher customer satisfaction, increasing staff satisfaction, achieving higher cost efficiency, expanding into new markets, and many combinations of these and more.
